I struggled to get past the initial few chapters, but soon afterwards, the pace picked up and I couldn’t stop reading the book. I sought this book out since I am a fan of Whodunits. However, this book unexpectedly gave me more than a Whodunnit. I really enjoyed the dialogue between the characters starting from around the ~30% mark, and I really enjoyed the ending. I especially liked the contrast between the male and the female characters, and how much (or how little) power each character seemed to have in the story. My gut feeling is that this is a satisfying novel that conveys feminism (unexpected), and that made me a fan :)
